Conveyancer handles the processes and procedures involved in conveyancing (Buying or Selling). The Conveyancers Act 2006 establishes a regulatory regime for conveyancers. They are required to have professional indemnity and are bund by stringent conditions imposed by the Conveyancing Act which is administered by Consumer Affairs Victoria. Generally, we provide conveyancing service to both Purchaser and Seller.
